If you ever suspect unauthorized access to your account, or suspect that someone has stolen your password, you can quickly and easily lock your account. This will disable the account and nobody will be able to login, even with the correct password, until you contact us.

To lock your account, visit the "User Tools" page and click the "Lock Account" button. That button will bring you to a page that discusses what happens if you proceed - it won't lock your account until you click one more button.

This "Lock Account" feature, and the new "Login History" page that shows all of your logins, failed logins, and password requests, are meant to provide additional security and prevent and help discover unauthorized access to your account.

I like to think of these features as an insurance policy - let's hope you never need them, but they're here if you do.
