First, allow me to refer you, dear reader, to an earlier post--What's Missing From this Picture? Pt. II, for a picture of the situation. Most importantly, "Liberated Palestine" means one simple thing--the Jews are dead, and we have all their shit.

But before going on to a few other questions, to respond to claims made--

The Israeli government supports apartheid? Many Arabic people, including palestinians, have the same rights any Jewish Israeli has--they even have a party in the Knesset, the Israeli congress. The folks that Israel has a problem with are the ones that are trying to wipe the nation off the map. If that's frickin' apartheid, then the only problem I have with it is that it takes a damn lot of wood to make a burning Star of David. Got to be environmentally conscious these days--conservation, and all that.

Terror strikes? Ahh, good--firing a missile into the car of a terrorist leader is a 'terror strike'? Well, I suppose the term fits, but probably not in the manner intended.

Group reprisal? Yeah, when the group intends to kill you. When the group doesn't, Israeli soldiers--at the expense of Israeli lives--have taken more careful tactics, like going house-to-house where those poor, put-upon palestinians would snipe at them, because it would kill a lot less civilians than dropping a bomb.

Conquest? Israel took the land when they got attacked, not through conquest. You lose a war, you lose some real-estate. Five different nations started a war in 1967, and they lost.

Indefinite and undefined incarceration? Yeah, when you're trying to blow them up....

Psychological torture of prisoners? To which my response is the same as to the treatment of the scrote-flakes at Camp X-Ray (Guantanamo, for the uninitiated): if it'll make him talk, it'll save a few hundred lives of human beings at the expense of an animal. If it'll save a few hundred lives, then gimme the cattle prod and I'll make him fuckin' talk for ya.

But do note, that when Israel did try the peaceful route, they got fucked for it. When they went all-out war agains the PLO, the attacks died down to a trickle. Seems to me there's a pattern here.

Maybe if they all picked up a weapon and marched, they'd do something bigger. Maybe if they all put down their weapons and stopped trying to wipe out the country, the country would view them better.


But on to the questions--

Has Israel ever accepted a peace agreement which calls for the existence of a nation of Palestine? (Several times.)
Have the palestinians ever accepted a peace agreement which calls for the continuted existence of a nation of Israel? (No. Not once. Ever.)

Do Israeli forces deliberately target women and children? (No. In fact, they go out of their way, even when it means more Israeli deaths, to not target women and children.)
Do palestinians deliberately target women and children? (Yes. Day-care centers, school-busses, schools. All three are frequent targets.)

Do Israeli leaders consider it a demand from God that all the muslims die? (No.)
Do palestinian leaders consider it a demand from allah that all the Jews die? (Yes, if their frequent statements are any way to judge.)

Do Israeli mothers dress their children up in mass-murderer costumes (any, but specifically mass-murderers who kill large numbers of palestinians or other muslims) and bring them on parades or take pictures of them for family albums? (No. If one did, you'd see it all over the New York Times in a frickin' special edition.)

Do outbreaks of Jewish violence against muslims occur throughout the world? (If they have, I'm afraid I missed 'em.)
Do outbreaks of muslim violence against Jews occur throughout the world? (Oh-yeah. Jewish groups are advising Jews not to travel to France or Sweden, or if they do to not wear their skull-caps. In France, synagogues burn almost weekly and gangs of muslims setting upon Jews and beating them into the hospital are frequent.)

Do Israelis circulate among them books or other papers proclaiming the glory of killing palestinians or other muslims? (Again--if they have, I missed it.)
Do palestinians and other muslims circulate among them books or other papers proclaiming the glory of killing Jews? (The Zionist Chronicles, a bit of Russian propoganda (back when persecuting Jews was one of the major parts of pointing out the evil of the burgeousie) is a best-seller in the Middle East. The premier best-seller out there is Mein Kampf.)

*Note that I refuse to capitalize "palestine" for one simple reason--it never was a nation. It was a region which included Canaan, then it was a district of the Roman Empire, then it was a district of the Ottoman Empire, and then it was a district of the British Empire. They can't retake their nation anymore than I can retake my million bucks.

The Israeli-palestinian will end when--and will not end until--palestinians love their children more than they hate Jews.
