For your own safety, do not include any personal information (such as your full name, phone number, or address) in your diary.

We have no limits regarding diary content. However, please keep in mind that this is a diary site, and using the site for reasons other than keeping a diary is forbidden.

Pornographic images are forbidden. Only photographs and graphics that you can claim legal copyright to should be uploaded.

Offensive comments, threats, and personal attacks on other diarists are forbidden. Any registered user whom is found guilty of or suspected of leaving such comments may have their account terminated, without refund of subscription fees, at the discretion of the site owners. Remember that "offensive comments" include anything that may cause anger, displeasure, or resentment to the diary author.

Individuals under the age of 13 are strictly forbidden from registering with Digital Expressions. This is due to various laws.
